⏱️ Jam Details
Jam name: IIM Jam Summer 2025
Theme: Wes Anderson's Universe
Duration: 10 Days
Team Size: Solo
🕹️ Gameplay Snapshot
You play as the young lobby boy of the Grand Budapest Hotel. At your desk, you’ll receive post-its listing all the tasks you need to complete for the day.
Tasks range from simple ones like opening and closing the doors in the morning and evening, mopping the floors, or delivering letters and packages to the correct rooms.
It’s a small endless management game. I had planned to add an experience system with an XP bar, new levels, and unlockable mechanics, but due to time constraints, it wasn’t possible.
📸 Visuals

🛠️ My Contribution
- Game Design (Defined the tasks, how they work, daily routines, and the different types of clients)
- Art (Used a mix of Paint3D assets and AI-generated images to recreate characters from the movie)
- Sound Design (Selected free-to-use sound effects)
- Programmation (Built the post-it task system, player and customer movement, daily task logic, elevator and door mechanics)
💡 Lesson Learned
Mixing narrative into a management game is tricky, it needs the right balance to work well
A big scope with limited time can really impact the final result. I learned a lot about setting realistic goals
I had so many ideas I wanted to implement, but time didn’t allow it. Still, it was a great learning experience
