🧠 Pitch
"It's almost Christmas time! Meaning it's time for Santa to start preparing the toys for their delivery!"
The Jolly Gift Forge is a game made during a Silent type Jam, the project was passed around to 3 different teams who could not discuss the game concept between each other and had to continue working on what the previous team had made.

🕹️ Gameplay Snapshot
The Jolly Gift Forge is a little present packaging simulator, you are playing a little Christmas Elf and can move freely in your working room.
With multiples machines around you, you've got to follow what's shown on the top right panel, to know what present you have to send for the next delivery. Here are the machines and how they work:
- Shaping Station: 3 different objects, to create 3 kind of boxes.. Pickup the one needed and go to the next station
- Painting Station: Now that you have the shape of it, you have to paint your gift box in the right color, so you select the right paint bucket. Once the painting is done, head up to the last station!
- Wrapping Station: Least but not last, put your present on the trail and wrap it with paper, then you're free to put it in the hopper to deliver it and start the next delivery order.
🛠️ My Contribution
- Game Design (Different stations and how to make the presents & the delivery order sign)
- Programmation (Delivery Order request system, Painting station system to change the color of the shapes)
💡 Lesson Learned
Same as for Caga Shopper, it was really interesting jumping on a project that isn't mine, not knowing at all what's about and how is it working. So It teached me the importance of clarification through coding or designing, even the hierarchy of the objects on Unity is important for that point.
