🕹️ Gameplay Snapshot

    Drive then clear the zombies

You spawn with all your weapons and your delivery truck, you have to jump in the driver seat and press space softly to drive forward. Waves of zombie will appear in front of the truck so you'll have to leave the truck to protect it. Using your mailbox grenade, your delivery hammer or the letter shotgun.

It's an endless game, each wave more zombies will appear, when you kill them they drop money which what you can upgrade the damages of your weapons, and so kill more zombies each times.

🛠️ My Contribution

- Game Design (Infinite sliding game, how the driving and zombies works, different weapons, score, money and upgrades)

- Sound Design (free to use sounds)

- Organization (Asset list for Prog and Art, planning the steps for the short developpement of the game)

- QA Testing (Playtesting for each prog update, tweaking the damage and health numbers to make it fun and satisfying to play)

💡 Lesson Learned

Working on a short project is always an harder challenge since you have less time so everything has to be done simpler, polishing is really important too so not to underestimate. Always cut the time in parts for the pre-prod, prod and polishing, even for a jam, it's still a game production.

With a team, the communication is even more important to make sure the right vision is shared and no misunderstanding of the game, concept, DA, etc..
